The movement library

Every program draws from the same library.

These are the staples, drawn the way I coach them. You learn the shape once, then we load it, progress it, and make it yours. No guessing, no random workouts of the day.

Mobility

The resets that keep training possible. Done daily, they buy back the range your desk takes.

Frog Stretch

  • Adductors and inner thighs in one move
  • Cue: knees wide, hips sink low. Keep your chest up and let gravity do the work.
  • The stretch that makes a deep squat feel easy
Illustration of the Cossack Squat

Cossack Squat

  • Adductors, ankles, and single-leg strength in one move
  • Cue: bent knee tracks over the toes, straight leg toes point up. Sit back and down, not forward.
